Information needed to prepare estimates, issue invoices, and confirm payments. At this time, we accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. We do not collect or store credit card numbers through our business systems. For e-transfer, your financial institution processes the payment and we retain confirmation records needed for accounting and tax purposes.
When you visit our website, we may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, and general location inferred from IP address. This is commonly collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We may take or receive photos or videos of work areas to prepare estimates, document pre-existing conditions, support quality control, and respond to warranty requests. Marketing use is handled separately as described below.

If you prefer that we do not use any project images for marketing, you can notify us in writing at ibrahim@ottawapropainting.ca. Your choice will not affect the services we provide.
